If it is a rental property – we can have a tenant in place, full-service management in place, and the property will come virtually maintenance free because most of our rentals have been revitalized. If it’s a rehab property you have the option to use one of our contractors, you can use our architect (if needed), and we will assist you in obtaining any and all zoning approvals, job bids, etc… This assures the buyer that they are getting a great property with fewer headaches and a property that can be repaired as quickly as possible.
