Clarksville is a city in Red River County, Texas with a population
of 3,883 and 1,530 households. It is the county seat of Red River
County. Located
at US 82 and Hwy 37, it is 31 miles E of Paris, 39 miles N of Mount
Vernon, 59 miles W of Texarkana and about 2 hours from Dallas.
Clarksville is a well-located community with a pro-industry
attitude. Hunting and Fishing are some of the best in the state.
The City has 3 parks, 2 country clubs, 5 restaurants, 4 tennis
courts, 1 fitness center, a championship golf course and the old
church theater. There are over twenty churches located in Red River
County. East Texas Medical Center operates the County Hospital.
There are seven doctors and four dentists practicing within the
county. Clarksville enjoys a mild climate through out the year with

Rich with
history, Clarksville is actually one of the oldest cities in Texas.
It came into being in 1837, but was already an established
settlement in the 1820s. It also has the distinction of being one
of the only towns in the state that never suffered through a fire.
Consequently, the courthouse contains records from the beginning of
the Republic until today. The county clerk's office is always
teeming with genealogy folks looking for clues - including those
studying their ancestors roots. Names of the slaves that lived in
the county from the earliest times can be found in old probate
records.
Clarksville is a "Texas Main Street City." and for
the serious Texas history buff - or practically anyone who likes to
look at towns and muse "what used to be, what could've been, what
will happen now", it's a fine old town with a slow southern pace
that'll make anyone feel right at home.
The area is served by the Clarksville Independent
School District. Clarksville Elementary, Cheatham Middle School and
Clarksville High School service the students. Paris
Junior College is located in Paris and Texarkana, is home to
Texarkana College and Texas A & M University - Texarkana. The Red River
County Public Library also maintains a branch in Clarksville.
Build Wealth = Think
Long-term
What is the 1 asset that constantly increases over time?
LAND
Why Buy An
Affordable Lot So Far Away?
Why Not?
When we buy land we do not care what
state it is located, or how far away it is. We buy land based
on future appreciation and an affordable price. A deal is a
deal - and here is your chance to get in with no bank qualifying and
easy terms. If you have cash - feel free to make us an offer.
This is the perfect investment - its
affordable and its long term rewards definitely outweigh the low
monthly costs. Do something positive for your family and start
to build wealth. We can offer seller financing for as little
as $99 a month - that's less than 1 night out for most couples.
Buy It - Hold It - PROFIT
If you are wise - this investment can pay for itself while creating
a nice retirement plan. You can rent this lot out to the
neighbors - or list it with a local realtor for a profit. Raw land does do 1 thing.
And that is increase in value over time.
There is a saying in real estate -
people who make money in land do not buy where people are.
They buy where people will be.
A Man With A Plan
Think about the price of raw land & lots 10, 20,
or 30 years ago. If you were able to buy then, and hold until
now - there is no doubt that you would be in a much better financial
position than someone who did not.
Could'a, Should'a, Would'a... well here is your opportunity!
Build wealth! Not to get rich today or tomorrow, but build
wealth for you, your family, your children, and the future.
